Terms of service

1. Parties

These terms apply between you as the customer and:

The service is sold to societies, businesses and other organisations. Whoever places the order confirms that they are entitled to do so on the organisation's behalf.

2. The service

We build, host and update a website for you. What each package includes is shown on the pricing page when you order, or in the quote for Custom. The website is built with the help of AI and reviewed by a person. Read more on the Built with AI page.

3. Ordering and delivery

The agreement starts when you have ordered and paid for the first month, or when you have accepted a quote. We build the site from what you have sent in, and you review it before it goes live. Texts we have suggested are only published once you have approved them.

4. Price and payment

The price is the one that applied when you ordered. VAT is added at 25 % unless stated otherwise. The fee is paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe, and the first month is paid when you order. Any setup fee for Custom is stated in the quote. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before they take effect.

5. Change requests

Each package includes a number of change requests per month. Unused change requests do not carry over to the next month. Bigger changes, such as new features, may need another package or a quote.

6. No binding period

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Paid periods are not refunded. When the subscription has ended, we take the website down. You can ask for a copy of the site's files before then.

7. Your content

You are responsible for having the right to use what you send in, such as texts, logos and pictures, and for the content being lawful. You keep the rights to your content. We may use it to build, host and update your website. We may remove content that clearly breaks the law.

8. Credit

The website has a line in its footer, Built with SajtAway, that links to us. The line is part of the service and is not removed.

9. Operation and liability

We do our best to keep the website available at all times, but cannot promise it is never down, for example during maintenance or faults at our suppliers. Our liability is limited to what you have paid in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We announce material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts of Sweden.
