What does it cost?
Start and Standard have a fixed monthly price. Custom gets a quote. All current prices are on the pricing page.
Is there a binding period?
No. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. It then runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and after that we take the site down. Start and Standard have no setup fee. For Custom, any setup fee is stated in the quote.
When is the money taken?
You pay for the first month when you order. After that, the money is taken on the same date every month. If you order on 7 November, for example, the next payment is on 7 December, then 7 January, and so on. If a month does not have that date, such as the 31st, the money is taken on the last day of that month.
Is it safe to pay? What is Stripe?
Yes. You pay with an ordinary bank card, just as in any online shop. The payment itself is handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment companies. It works much like Klarna or Qliro, but for card payments, and millions of businesses use it, including big names such as Amazon and Google. You type your card details in at Stripe, not with us, so we never see them.
How long does it take?
Roughly this, counted from when we have everything we need:
- Start (one page): usually 2–3 working days.
- Standard (up to five pages): usually 5–7 working days.
- Custom: the time is stated in the quote.
By "everything" we mean texts, pictures, logo and contact details. If something is missing, we get in touch and ask, and then it takes a little longer. You always see the site and say yes before it is shown to everyone.
What do I need to send in?
Whatever you want on the site: texts, contact details, opening hours, logo, colours and pictures. If you have no texts, we can suggest some for you to approve. Pictures must be your own, or ones you have the right to use.
What is a change request?
Once your site is finished and you want to change something, such as new opening hours, a new text or a new picture, you send a change request. Each package includes a number of change requests per month. The number is on the pricing page.
What address does the site get? Do I need my own domain?
A domain is the site's address on the internet, for example paddleclub.com. You do not need one of your own. Every package gets a free address from us, for example paddleclub.sajtaway.com, and it works straight away.
If you would rather have your own address, such as paddleclub.com, you buy it yourself from a company that sells domains, for example One.com or Loopia. It usually costs around 100–200 SEK a year. The address is then entirely yours, even if you leave us. We help you connect it to the site.
Where does the site live? Are hosting and SSL included?
Yes, all of it is included and you do not need to do anything. Put simply:
- Hosting means the site lives on a computer that runs day and night, so everyone can see it. We take care of that, and the computers are in the EU.
- SSL is what gives you the padlock next to the address in the browser. It means that what is sent between the visitor and the site is protected.
You use AI. Is the site still good?
Yes, we build with the help of AI, and a person reviews everything before it goes live. Read more on the Built with AI page.
Does my site need a cookie banner?
No. Cookies are small files that many websites store on the visitor's device, and then they must ask first. The sites we build store no such files, so your visitors are spared the banner.
Can I change package?
Yes. Get in touch and we will help you move to a bigger or smaller package.
