What data we process

• Account: name, email address and password (stored as a hash, never in plain text).
• Order: the organisation's name and details, the contact person, and what you send in for the website: texts, pictures and wishes.
• Payment: billing details and payment history. Card details are handled only by Stripe.
• Support: what you write to us, such as change requests.
• Technical logs: IP address and time when you visit the site, for security and troubleshooting.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To build, host and update your website and to charge for it (contract).
• To comply with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation).
• To protect the service against abuse and fix faults (legitimate interest).

We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Services that process data for us

• Hetzner (Germany): servers and database. The data is stored in the EU.
• Stripe: payments and card details.
• Anthropic (USA): the AI service we build websites with. The content of your order is sent there when we build your site. Anthropic does not use it to train its models. The transfer to the USA is covered by safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Please do not put sensitive personal data, such as health information, in your order.

How long we keep the data

• Account and orders: while you are a customer and for 12 months after the subscription has ended.
• Orders started but never sent: 7 days after the last change, then they are deleted with their uploaded files.
• Bookkeeping records: for 7 years, as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires.
• Technical logs: for at most 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
